Three-User Download Edition of NoteBook™ Now Available to Multi-User Households for $99.95
SAN FRANCISCO, California, August 4, 2004 – Circus Ponies Software, Inc. today announced availability of the Family Pack edition of Circus Ponies NoteBook, its acclaimed outlining, note-taking, and organizing product for Mac OS X. The NoteBook Family Pack is a single-residence, three-user license that is available in electronic download form for $99.95.

About the Family Pack Licensing Program
The Circus Ponies Family Pack License allows families or households to use NoteBook on up to three computers at a time, as long as they are located in the same household and used by persons who occupy that same household. The NoteBook Family Pack is available in an electronic download only. It can be purchased only from the Circus Ponies Online Store at http://www.circusponies.com/store. The Family Pack license does not extend to business or commercial users.
